Allan and I would like to convey our thanks for the awesome role you played in our wedding as our Marriage Celebrant. We both feel that you got to the core of the kind of wedding we wanted perfectly. Our guests have also commented “What a brilliant celebrant you had, she captured the essence of your both so brilliantly.” And followed up with “That’s the best wedding we have been to.” The home work put into the planning was perfect for us both as a couple and actually took the stress out of the day. Nicola and Sunny married at The Clyde Village Vineyard on February 20th 2016. This was an amazing experience and I will always remember it fondly as this couple and their families celebrated their love and their culture. Julie spent a lot of time getting to know us as individuals and as a couple so that she could make sure our ceremony reflected us perfectly. We truly loved our whole day and Julie ensured that the ceremony not only ran beautifully, but that our story and our personalities shone through to our guests. She made the complications and uncertainties we had melt away and took all the tricky stuff out of it so that all we had to focus on was making sure we captured all the elements we wanted to in the ceremony. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julie's services - her warmth and enthusiasm made us feel completely at ease.

We wanted a small private and intimate wedding and had considered a registry office but fortunately we choose Julie as our celebrant who turned out to be perfect for our needs. Talking with Julie she quickly understood exactly how we wanted our wedding to be. Her few carefully chosen words suited the occasion we were aiming for. Julie, what a wonderful Celebrant you are! We wanted get married at home and were consumed with finishing our house, to a presentable level,...right up until the day. That left little time for anything else and in the hours leading up to the wedding, we were searching for the wedding dress, a white shirt, and rings that would fit on our fingers! While waiting for the bride to arrive, you noticed the buttonholes were missing, you all laughed, and our SOS team went into action...with flowers from a friends garden... And then, it was all so perfect, the day, the setting, and the wonderful relaxed atmosphere you created. The way you conducted the ceremony was totally professional, your friendly personality gave it warmth with just the right amount of formality, and words were spoken with genuine feeling. We had a lovely day, we enjoyed ourselves, and we smile every time we think about our wedding day. Thank you so much, we could not have done it without you. You were great.

Julie was everything we had hoped for in a celebrant, she is very personable and was extremely supportive in her approach to our needs and we couldn’t have asked for more from her. Our dealings with Julie were always conducted in a friendly, professional and caring way (with some humour) from start to finish. Our wedding day was exactly as we had hoped it would be and I really don’t think it would have been that way if we had chosen another celebrant.
